At Island Environmental Pest Control, training is part of our culture. In fact we train constantly in order to provide our customers with the best quality and service available anywhere. Our pest control service professionals have passed a background check and are trained to deliver a world-class customer service experience. All of our pest control technicians are trained by a supervisor for 90 days prior to servicing any account on their own. Supervision of all accounts continues throughout the period that Island Environmental Pest Control services the account. In addition to quality training, all accounts are visited periodically by a supervisor to insure the property is doing well. Each pest control technician is trained to ask specific questions and seek help with any issues pertaining to that account and the needs of the property.
What happens when I become a customer?
After our pest control technician reviews the property and access its specific needs all of the detailed information is stored in our customer database. The professionals at Island Environmental Pest Control then create a detailed list of Do's and Don'ts for each account based upon the customer's likes and dislikes. If children are known to frequently play on the lawn, if the customer is sensitive to certain applications or smells, etc, it is all stored in the database. This detailed information is provided to each technician and printed out on every work order. At Island, attention to detail and consistency are very important throughout all of the services we offer.
Does Island Environmental Pest Control service Commercial Properties in South Florida?
Yes, commercial pest control service is also available. We realize that each commercial business is unique, and our services are tailored to meet those individual needs. As an added service, we can contact the owner or the property manager on a monthly basis to report on the condition of the property.

Our line of pest control services will help prevent against everyday household pests such as ants, roaches, as well as the seasonal and occasional invaders such as silverfish, earwigs, millipedes, spiders, beetles and many others. Our Lawn and Ornamental treatments also remove fire ants, fleas and ticks. We only use the industries top products that keep our service safe, yet effective. Should a problem arise between regular services, we will return at no additional charge to you.
